WIP: Add PlayStation Portable support

Open Adrien Plazas requested to merge aplazas/highscore:psp into main

This adds support for PlayStation Portable games, extracting their icon and running them with PPSSPP.

It's not ready yet. Cf. Archive/gnome-games!436 (closed).
