Replace desmume2015 core with plain desmume

Victoria Lacroix requested to merge vlacroix/highscore:vlacroix/desmume-vanilla into main

Seems this is a step needed for #262 (closed), decided to see if I could do it, and it worked.

I didn't test this too thoroughly — just a few minutes in Phantom Hourglass however from what I could tell it worked flawlessly.

Note: I'm a recent GNOME convert and as such I'm still quite unfamiliar with Builder and Flatpak and all that stuff, so I'm not 100% sure if I've done everything correctly. Guidance would be much appreciated!
