Show next feed/tag upon mark all as read

Chris Heywood requested to merge cheywood/gfeeds:next-feed-on-mark-all-read into master

This change makes a workflow based on reading a feed (or tag) at a time a bit smoother. Marking all as read will take you to the next feed (or tag), saving some number of clicks in the menu. Inspired/borrowed from other readers 🙂

I've added a preference for this, but whether it needs one is up to you.
