Cleanups regarding the application name

Maximiliano requested to merge msandova/fractal:application-name into fractal-next

gio::set_application_name should be the only source for the app name, it determines whether the app name should be translatable. Translatable string where Fractal appears should have a note indicating that this is not translatable.
