room: Use ruma's markdown feature
This fixes sending markdown too.
Right now it always sends HTML when markdown is enabled, but it will only send it when formatting is encountered when ruma is updated to a newer version.
A small issue to solve: in emotes rendering in the timeline, HMTL is treated as plain text.
