Room details, account settings, main window: make default size larger

Makes the account settings taller (to accommodate all content on the first panel), the room details larger to match account settings and fit more media in the gallery while still being reasonable small for less content heavy panels, and the main window larger by default, because all these sizes were ridiculously small for no reason.

Fixes Room details dialog default size very small (#1320 - closed)
