login: Remove link to reset password
It only works for matrix.org accounts by default as it's not possible to change the homeserver on that page.
There is no easy solution to fix this.
Closes Password Reset uses matrix.org's home server, n... (#1310 - closed) (the bug is not valid anymore albeit not really a fix).
