room-history: Allow to edit text messages
The hard part is figuring out how to restore the mentions, given that we want to take the Markdown, but there is no evidence of mentions there. I came up with a solution that should work in most cases.
Part of Add operation for messages: delete, edit, reply... (#745 - closed).
