The source project of this merge request has been removed.
auth-dialog: Set SSO as a preferred stage
Even if it uses the fallback URL, it is technically supported. This avoids unknown stages types to take precedence in the flow.
Also adds support for the dummy stage, that doesn't require user interaction.
Fixes "Set Up Encryption Identity" fails in Browser (#1224 - closed).
