chore: Update matrix-sdk

Benefit from improvements to the timeline:

• Decrypted events can be highlighted too
• The new messages separator doesn't appear when all messages are read (part of #1143 (closed))

The first commit simplifies the code and allows to avoid a required change when the SDK is updated.
