room-history: Show highlighted events
According to the pushrules.
Currently this doesn't show highlights for events that are decrypted after being added to the timeline, due to a limitation in the current implementation in the SDK. However as soon as the SDK supports it, we will also support it for free.
This is still a draft because I'm not sure what styles to use to differentiate three states: hovered, selected and highlighted.
