room-history: Show message links URL on hover

Allows to mitigate phishing attacks where someone can show a URL in the text that doesn't match the one that is opened when clicking. Also gives more control to the user by knowing what URL is gonna be opened.

This is a similar UI as what is provided in the About Dialog.

Limitations of this solution:

  • Long URLs can look weird Capture_d_écran_du_2022-09-01_19-05-18
  • It doesn't seem to be possible to trigger the tooltip on touch devices (but it doesn't work either in the About Dialog).
