room history: Send/display location events

I tried to do a recording but I failed, WIP until I clean up the commits a bit and see how all of this fits together

Also we need to do some request to openstreetmap for using it + fix displaying the map license and another thing is I have no idea why it doesn't display I am the one sending the event. Maybe I forgot to send something along the event.
