Don't show read markers for status messages
Steps to reproduce
Observe a discussion in a room with many participants, and with many people entering/exiting the room or changing their usernames or avatars.
Actual Results
Tons of "read marker" avatars piling up for every status change, which causes two problems:
- It is distracting (for something that is not important to get read receipts confirmations for) and overly stimulating, which is an accessibility problem some people with disabilities
- It eats up precious vertical space (because the avatars create a new line below the status line)
Expected Results
This is kind of like not showing overly frequent detailed timestamps; Fractal could be more "zen". Just like the fact that those status lines shown above don't even show a timestamp!
Therefore, by default (without a need for a toggle like distraction-free mode #586 or "reduce animations"), Fractal should not show read markers for things that are not user-written messages. Status changes are not important enough to justify overstimulating the reader about them :)

- Fractal Version: 5

I think/suspect this could be a newcomer-friendly issue to fix, but I'm not sure if it's actually easy or not.
