Wide media forces width of window to drastically increase, cannot be resized down until switching view
Wide media, such as images, result in the Fractal Nightly window being drastically resized to something far more massive, despite the media only comprising maybe half of the width of the panel.
The window cannot be resized until the view is switched to a different channel without offending media. This can become problematic on:
- low resolution displays
- high DPI screens that effectively have small resolutions
when window controls become unavailable unexpectedly.
I cannot post the media in question due to the last issue I made, but I will attach a screenshot of evidence of this happening. I also don't know if this is an issue with resolution, aspect ratio, or what. Join #vikunja:matrix.org to see it in action.
Steps to reproduce
- View a room with offending wide media.
- Watch as your window becomes comically wide.
