Remove Canadian French translation
Hi. I am the coordinator for the GNOME French translation team, and also one of the GNOME i18n coordinators. Déjà Dup happens to be the only piece of software on Damned Lies that has a Canadian French translation, and it comes from back when it was on Launchpad. I reviewed that translation to check whether it actually brought anything that the French one didn’t have, and it turns out it doesn’t. It actually has many translations that are completely off (e.g. “%d days ago” is translated as “%d days” and “At least three months” as “at least six months”). GNOME also doesn’t have a Canadian French team, so it is not going to be maintained (as demonstrated by the fact that it stayed untouched for 3 years). Since our rule is that developers should never touch po files, I will submit an MR to address this. Before I do it though, I would like you to confirm you are okay with this.
