appdata: Update appdata
- Mark the first screenshot as default
- Add categories and keywords
- Mark the developer name as untranslatable
- Remove one of Purism tag to pass validation
- Add vcs-browser, translate and contribute URLs
These URLs are visible on Flathub and GNOME Software
