Set theme-color meta tag

This MR adds setting the theme-color meta tag on the "cards" macro.

Some browsers set the search bar / tab menu to the website's theme-color, like Chromium (on mobile) and Vivaldi (as well as some firefox addons). Additionally, some social media platforms, like Discord, use that color on embeds.

I took screenshots of some of the apps on Chromium on Android and Vivaldi on desktop!
