Remember window size

I found a TODO comment around where the settings binding would likely go, so I assumed it was about remembering window dimensions and removed it. If you still want it in for something else, I can add it back.

The related issue only requested remembering the window size and not whether or not it was maximized so I only added that, but I can easily add that too if you want.
