327: Italicise and style link URLs

This PR addresses #327 (closed).

It adds a style colour for the link url's to the CSS files and italicises and colours them according to this. Current colour is a mix between the text foreground and background, intended to sink into the background a bit to focus on the important text. This should be revisited by a designer at some point.
