"Open" dialogue excludes zero-byte files
Describe the bug
When attempting to open a zero-byte file named thing.md
, I navigate to the directory via the "Open" dialogue, and the file just isn't there. It's visible in Nautilus, and on the command line, but it would seem that Apostrophe is filtering the file listing for Markdown using mimetype instead of file suffix. Normally, I'd argue that that sounds reasonable, but I'd also expect files with a .md
suffix to be included in the list as I created the file on the command line to open in Apostrophe later.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open a terminal and create a file with
touch the-file.md
- Open Apostrophe and navigate to the folder where you just created the file.
- Behold, your file isn't listed.
Expected behavior
The file to be listed, or at least an option not to filter the listing and instead show all files or something.
Screenshots
It's hard to show a screenshot of nothing ;-)
