Dollar sign breaks formatting in Apostrophe editor
Describe the bug When adding code blocks containing $ dollar signs, the formatting often breaks in Apostrophe.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open the following file apostrophe-bug.md in Apostrophe
- Scroll to the section Installing NVIDIA Drivers
- Paragraph starting with "The above is the abridged..." is grey, and should be white.
- Remove the $ dollar sign in the line just after
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh -y;
, the above paragraph turns white. - Leave the above $ as removed, don't put it back.
- Now search for '$$', or go to the section Install and configure ZSH
- Remove the $ in the line
chsh -s $(which zsh);
The paragraph starting with "To confirm and check" turns white.
Expected behavior Formatting should not break with the usage of $ dollar signs in code blocks.
