appdata: Improve appdata for AppStream 1.0
- Add the
<developer><name>tag - Suggestion: Use @emmanuele@bassi.io as the developer ID
- Mark the first screenshot as default
- Remove workstation purism tag to pass appstreamcli validation
- Use appstreamcli to validate appdata
- Remove commented appstream-util validation
