Allow multimonitor rubberband

Rastersoft requested to merge rastersoft/desktop-icons:allow_multimonitor_rubberband into master

The original rubberband code stopped a selection when the mouse cursor leaved the grid where the rubberband originated. This means that it is not possible to select, in a single rubberband operation, icons from different screens.

This patch allows to extend the rubberband operations between screens.
