I have a Bug.md: change cat commands to head

Feldwor requested to merge BoQsc/desktop-icons:patch-1 into master

By using head command instead of cat the output about the user's system information is more concise and gives some layout structure for better readability.

Downside?: only the most important first 10 lines are shown per file.

Using Head command to Output crucial system information

vaidas@SATELLITE-L855:~$ head /etc/*-release
==> /etc/lsb-release <==
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=19.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=disco
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu Disco Dingo (development branch)"

==> /etc/os-release <==
NAME="Ubuntu"
VERSION="19.04 (Disco Dingo)"
ID=ubuntu
ID_LIKE=debian
PRETTY_NAME="Ubuntu Disco Dingo (development branch)"
