Add Community section in README.md

Free software is not only about development but also about sharing. I think the community aspect of GNOME shouldn't be discarded, so I've added a Community section to the README.md.

I imagine this repo is used a lot by newcomers who don't have much experience, so I think we should welcome them to the community.
