Update spanish and french terminal-layouts

MoonlightWave-12 requested to merge MoonlightWave-12/squeekboard:layout-improvements into main

This MR will:

  • Add translated names for the keys (based on actual keyboards) for the spanish and french terminal-layouts.
  • Add ., -, /, and |, to the base- and upper-views of the spanish terminal-layouts; the ñ- and Ñ-keys were moved into the eschars-view, to make place for that.
