Add Tab to the top-row of the us-terminal-keyboard
requested to merge MoonlightWave-12/squeekboard:add-tab-to-the-top-row-of-the-us-terminal-keyboard into master
This change makes autocompletion easier.

This layout can be tested by placing the us.yaml-file in ~/.local/share/squeekboard/keyboards/terminal/.
Squeekboard will then use it when the current layout is the us-terminal-layout.
