Added Georgian layout

Merged skysphr requested to merge skysphr/squeekboard:georgian-layout into master

This adds the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgian_keyboard#QWERTY_keyboard for Georgian language. I'm using this layout on my Pinephone.

Note: gsettings gives me "ge" for Georgian, although the correct abbreviation should be "ka".
