Ease sound device selection

With my current couch based hacking mode I switch between different devices rather often so let's make that a bit simpler so one doesn't have to resort to g-c-c for the simple cases:

We might want to add an input volume slider and a gear button to go to g-s-s audio device page too later on but let's rattle that one in first.

Icons need some work before merging this hence draft.
