Emergency plugin prefs UI tweaks

This adds the emergency plugin prefs to the screenshots as well and tweaks the window title (so it can ellipsize), uses a larger default size so things aren't fiddly on mobile and makes sure translations can be uses in p-m-s as well.

Somewhat unrelated it makes sure that the ticket-box plugin doesn't throw any warnings when the dir doesn't exist.
