Toggle active state of quicksettings

This is on top of @snwh 's !1142 (closed) and adds toggling the state:

Marked as draft as I need to add enabled properties to

  • PhoshWWanInfo
  • PhoshBatteryInfo
  • PhoshRotateInfo
  • PhoshFeedbackInfo

For testing wifi, vpn, docked and torch should already work as expected.

but putting it out here so style can readily be adjusted.
