Draft: POC phosh inside flatpak

Open Julian Sparber requested to merge jsparber/phosh:add_flatpak_manifest into main

This is a proof-of-concept to see how well phosh would run inside flatpak. The idea is to eventually include it in the PureOs SDK and allow apps to test the UI directly against Phosh.
