Add support for --system-information and tests

Rudra Pratap Singh requested to merge pseudorandom-x/phosh-mobile-settings-rudra:i41-cli-args into main

[WIP] See #41 for discussion. I have opened it for comments/suggestions/discussion before it starts to get shape. Things that are TODO:

  • Add --save-debug-info option
  • Add a test for --list
  • Add a test for --save-debug-info
