view: Remember toplevel pid

When we want to freeze / thaw background processes we need (among other things) the pid. Remember that on the view. This MR isn't concerned with how we forward this to the client (I'm currently doing this via a small extension in phosh-private) but it cold also be done via wlr-toplevel-management / ext-foreign-toplevel-list so I'm leaving this out for now.
