UX improvements

Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge devrtz/libcall-ui:ux_improvements into main
  • Always show the status text label and use them to acknowledge user interactions (accept, hangup)
  • Increase the size of the avatar in the _INCOMING state
  • Some cleanups/UI tweakage (prefer spacing on GtkBox instead of fiddling with margins on children)
  • demo: Allow placing outgoing call
