Paperwork-shell seems to require Xorg to work
I want to use paperwork-shell through on my small home server where Xorg is not installed.
After a paperwork-shell scan
I get the following:
Unable to init server: Could not connect: Connection refused
/usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/paperwork/paperwork.py:27: PyGIWarning: Notify was imported without specifying a version first. Use gi.require_version('Notify', '0.7') before import to ensure that the right version gets loaded.

I assumed the "shell version" does not require X, am I wrong?
