Reproductive & Menstural Health Tracking
Summary
For reproductive health, this is something that can be useful for both genders to be able to track and have information on.
For menstrual tracking, this is often overlooked by health app providers (e.g. Apple Health, Google Fit) because of it's "taboo" nature to some people, even though it affects half the population. Drip for Android (funded by Mozilla, and others) provides a good reference implementation. It has a packaged application on F-Droid & Google Play, and the source code is available on Gitlab under a GNU GPL v3.0 licence.
