Settings Window: use Gtk.FileChooserNative

GtkFileChooserNative is already implemented for the Add Torrent Button. Still not sure whether we want to show the select download folder button. You can select a folder, download the torrent (Fragments shows it's being downloaded at least) except you never get access to this file as we have access only to xdg-downloads.

We can disable that option in a sandboxed environment?
