Replace welcome icon with an svg version

I replaced the welcome.png file with a scalable (svg) version so that it doesn't look blurry on high-dpi screens. Right now the image is different because I couldn't find the image used in the original welcome.png file. @haecker-felix Do you have (a link to) the source image so I can update the new svg version?
