Improve UX by hiding refresh failures
Depending on bad server configurations, servers that has load or bad network conditions transmission-daemon sometimes fails to respond the client. In those cases Fragments v2 shows an error to the user that something is wrong.
To improve user experience it would be great that Fragments v2 would handle these type of cases like Tremotesf does. By hiding errors from the user and keeping the latest state on the screen instead of a failure page. So a condition like "show the user an error if Fragments v2 do not get an answer X times one after another" instead of current behavior where every connection failure is shown to the user. This would hugely improve user experience. Here is a video of Tremotesf with a bad server where its still usable and the user doesn't notice anything.
