Resolve "HACKING.md and CONTRIBUTING.md don't exist"
The current links in the 'Getting Involved' section of the README for 'Contributions Guidelines' and 'Code Style Guidelines' returned 404s.
Found the files under the 'doc' folder, and rectified the links to read https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-todo/blob/master/doc/*
