Prune old finished tasks for performance
Description
Just planning for the future here, as I see this limitation in practice with existing apps today: there should be a plugin that allows automated (or user-triggered) purging of old completed tasks to keep the system at peak performance. Otherwise, from experience, with power users the whole thing will grind to a halt after a few months, consuming vasts amount of memory, taking ages to display or start-up/process, etc.
