BuddyList: Replace Treeview with Listbox

This fixes https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/chatty/issues/52#conversation-list-items except the avatar issue.

There are some issues with groups but I couldn't really test that because also on master there a couple of issues, if this isn't known i can file bugs about it.
