Add support for localization
Feature information
Currently there seems to be no infrastructure to allow for translation of pages. I'm in a student entity in Brazil dedicated to studying Linux and FOSS and we're soon to host an event about GTK. Among other things, we plan to use the Getting Started page on this website to get people started (duh), so we thought it would be nice to have it available in Portuguese. I can try to implement i18n into the project, but there's more than one way to do that in Jekyll, so I'd like the maintainers' opinions on this.
Idea
There are a handful of ways to do i18n in Jekyll. There's a bunch of plugins available, but also an approach similar to this post's is possible, which uses no plugins. Either way, the idea is to implement an infrastructure that allows people to contribute with translations for the website's pages.
