Add service descriptions to online accounts, gnome-control-center
Rationale
GNOME/gnome-control-center!2355 (merged) adds a description to each account name in the online accounts settings. The description indicates which online services the account provides access to. This change fixes a longstanding design issue, which we've wanted to fix for years: GNOME/gnome-control-center#1917 (closed) .
The reason we're pushing this now is that a fair amount of work has happened for online accounts for GNOME 46, including a new Microsoft 365 account type. To explain these changes to users, it's important for us to communicate which features they provide.
