Freeze break exception request for GNOME Settings: Remote desktop

During the 42 development cycle we started a process to migrate our default remote desktop technology from VNC to RDP. Unfortunately we were late to make the Settings UI change that allows for configuring the RDP server, and in practice, makes us switch our default to RDP.

The merge request is GNOME/gnome-control-center!1205 (merged)

This is a GtkDialog that is part of the Sharing panel in gnome-control-center.
