Resolved bugs in issue #49 (closed)

Bugs

1. • 'regular-search.gif' & 'collapsable-search.gif' not found in assets.
2. • Missing Favicon.
3. • Search-bar icon position in header.
4. • Removing sample documents that were used in Hugo issue #48 (closed).
5. • Both Search components in input docs are not rendering
6. • There is no spacing between component and their code snippets in docs.
7. • Reducing the width of date, as it always remains constant.
