She said she wanted people who will be willing to join her to make the interaction map look and get better. (Ruth Ikegah and Nwoke David volunteered to join her on that)

**Perrie** also shared personas she created from responses gotten from the survey sent out for gathering persona information.
|
|
|
|
|
|
She said the majority of the people who filled the survey were majorly newbies and people who want to start contributing to Gnome.
|
|
|

|
She said we already have seven personas and we can push through with the ones on the ground.

**Sri** said there will be a meeting on researching on badges on

**Samson Goddy** suggested having Badges may work well on helping new contributors with the onboarding process.

**Claudio** said the Badges will help to identify what you do in Gnome. It will help to know who does what. He said badges should not represent that you have power but it should represent showing what you do and authenticate what you do in Gnome.

He said a fancy name should be given to the badge.
|
|
|
He said he is thinking of using Hubot for building a chatbot for Gnome Rocket chat to help improve the onboarding process and he presently communicating
|

|
|
**Samson** suggested that for a scalable onboarding, the documentation is what is the most important. This will help contributors on how to go about what they need to do while joining the gnome community through any platform. **Sri** also agrees to this point and gave further explanation by giving an example of using [ archlinux documentation](https://wiki.archlinux.org/)
|

**Sri** will be giving an update on what the Board says about the Personas, Interaction Map, and other things discussed in the onboarding meeting.
|
|
|
|
|
|
The next step after the feedback is sharing the information with the community at large.
