Identify information to be gathered at registration
We'll need to collect some information for the final services contracts. If possible to be done with regcfp it could probably be done just adding some checkboxes.
This list is the specification:
- Which nights you are going to sleep at dormitory
- which lunchs you'll have at venue
- correction: because logistic these items should be bought when registration. I'll explain reasons to team in future meetings.
- Which days do you plan to use direct GUADEC bus (from dormitory to venue):
- 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th
- Do you plan to attend to activities?
- welcome party, Thu Jul 5th
- beach party, Fri Jul 6th
- castle visit and picnic, Sat Jul 7th
- hiking, Wed Jul 11th
- Do you require nursery for your children? How many and ages.
If agreed to add/remove/modify any item just edit and update this list.
